Fender Telecaster Bass (1973)
VG-EC, butterscotch blonde finish, slab body, 1 piece maple neck marked 23 MAR 73B, black dot markers, 20 frets, 1 Fender bass humbucking for that ever so low hovering cloud tone (pickup was professionally rewound some time ago), newer pots installed, the bridge, bridge cover, tuners and hardware are original and A-OK, 2 extra (now plugged) screw holes on face (may have had a string guard installed at one time), still looks cool and has LOTS of low end, 1-11/16" nut, 34" scale, with newer Calzone HSC. This is one hell of a bass. It must weigh a ton and compared to modern bass's it seems a bit limited at first only having one tone control but you get such a low throaty sound and the action is brilliant, it's great.
